What we collect

Account: email address, name and profile photo from Google, LinkedIn or Apple if you sign in with them.

Card: everything you put on your card. This information is public by design: anyone with the link or QR code can see it.

Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and your email, never your card details.

Analytics: pages visited and checkout steps, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why, and on what legal basis

Providing your account and card: performance of the contract.

Payment, invoices and accounting records: contract and legal obligation.

Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (sign-in emails), Google, LinkedIn and Apple (sign-in, only if you use them), Google Analytics (only with consent). Some are located in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Account and cards: until you ask us to delete them. Unpaid draft cards: deleted after 7 days. Payment records: 10 years (legal accounting obligation). Analytics: 14 months.

Cookies and local storage

Essential: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie remembering your currency (from your country, to show local prices), and browser storage for your unfinished card draft and your cookie choice.

Referral: if you arrive through a partner's link (f1iik.me/r/…), a cookie keeps that partner's name for 90 days so their discount applies and the sale is credited to them. We count visits to that link with an anonymous daily identifier; we never store your IP address. If you get a free card from a partner's invitation page (f1iik.me/partner/…), a 30-day cookie reminds your dashboard to offer the affiliate program; the partner who invited you then sees your name and your number of sales, never your customers.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, export or object to the use of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contact@f1iik.me. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
