Terms of sale

1. Seller

Flik is operated by M14I, 11 rue de Verdun, 59390 Lys-lez-Lannoy, France (see Legal notice). Contact: contact@f1iik.me.

2. Service

Flik lets you create a digital business card available at a public URL, with QR code, contact file download and wallet passes. One purchase activates one card.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment, all taxes included. Payment is a single charge, not a subscription, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

4. Delivery

Your card is activated immediately after payment is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because the card is digital content supplied immediately, by paying you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

If something does not work, write to contact@f1iik.me and we will make it right or refund you.

6. Lifetime access

"Lifetime" means for as long as Flik is operated. If we ever shut the service down, we will notify you at least 6 months in advance and let you download your contact data.

7. Your content

You are responsible for what you publish on your card and confirm you have the right to use it. We may deactivate cards that are unlawful, misleading or infringe others' rights. You can edit your card at any time; to delete it, write to contact@f1iik.me.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep Flik available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

9. Disputes

Contact us first at contact@f1iik.me. If no solution is found, consumers may contact the mediator free of charge: [CONSUMER MEDIATOR NAME + WEBSITE]. These terms are governed by French law; consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
